After the work within a work order has been completed, the work order is advanced to the Reviewer for final review and approval.

Mark the Work as Complete

When the work was completed, the user that was assigned to act as the Assignee should have clicked Mark For Review on the status bar at the bottom of the work order panel. Clicking this button generates a notification to the Reviewer that a work order is ready for their review. In addition, a Reviewer can begin to review a work order at any time by clicking Mark for Review themselves.

The work order review notification will display on the main login screen within the Notifications section and also within a red bubble over the user's initials in the upper left corner of the screen.

Review Work Order Data

The Reviewer should scroll through the data entered on each data panel and review documents saved to the Attachments section. The reviewer can correct data, add new data, or upload attachments as part of the review.

Approve Work Order

When the review is complete, the reviewer should click Mark Approved and then Save.

After clicking Save, the program alerts the user that the work order becomes read-only once the approval is finalized. Click Yes to finalize the approval.

Approved work orders show with a green status bar on the work orders screen.

If a work order has been approved, but requires additional edits, contact CSDatum staff to reactivate the work order.
