In the top left corner of the screen is the main CSDatum Menu button. It looks like three horizontal lines. Clicking on this ≡ Menu button opens a sliding menu that is the main navigation between CSDatum components.
The Map and Tables buttons provide access to the same data. The Map button shows the assets' location on a map. The Tables button shows the asset data in a table format, like a spreadsheet.
The Permits menu button leads to the Permits application for tracking Building Permits, Zoning Permits, and similar permits. Permits help articles are located here.
After clicking the Tables button, a secondary menu displays showing all the available layers.
The layers shown in the Tables menu above will match the layers shown in the Maps menu, like the one shown below.
Click on one of the layers, such as Stormwater System, to open a submenu of asset types.
Click the main area of the asset type button to open the table of data.
Click the Down Arrow button to show additional options. View on Map transfers to the map view of the data. View in Table opens the table view of data, just the same as clicking the main area of the button. Export to CSV exports all the data, including the geographic location, to a CSV file, which can be opened with Microsoft Excel or with a GIS program such as ArcGIS or QGIS. Additional information about exporting data is in this article.
