A Contractor's insurance policy numbers and expiration date can be recorded and saved to their contact record. To add or edit insurance information, open the contractor's contact record. Click Contacts > Contractors and then sort/filter to find the appropriate contractor in the list.

Open the contractor record and then click on the Insurance tab. This tab will list all saved insurance information for that contractor. The insurance marked with the Current checkmark should be the one that is currently in effect.

To create a new insurance entry, click the Plus button.

This will open a New Insurance window. Fill in the information about the insurance companies and policies. Check the Current checkbox if the new insurance information is in effect now.

If you need to add new insurance companies, add them at Edit > Insurance Company List.

Select an Insurance Agent using Down Arrow > Pick New Insurance Agent.

Select the Insurance Agent from the list or add a new Insurance Agent by clicking the Plus button. Click Use Selected.

Finally, click Save to save the new insurance information.
