Alerts are built into Permit Manager to notify users about specific items related to a property, permit, or other record. The alerts are displayed as a colored circle above the Gear button. High Priority alerts are red. Low priority alerts are blue.

Manual Alerts

Users can manually create a High Priority Alert on a property in order to highlight important information. Instructions are in this article.

Automatic Alerts

Permit Manager automatically creates alerts based on various conditions of a property, permit, or other records. The tables below identify specific conditions that automatically generate an alert for each record type.
