Approvals are used to create a checklist of steps that a permit must go through prior to being issued.
There is a list of all approvals that functions as a to do list of all that's needed for all permits.
Access the list from Permits > List Approvals and Sort by Field.
In addition to this list, one of the Dashboard Tables shows all approvals due within the next 30 days.
