Occasionally, a permit may be created on the wrong property by mistake. If this happens before too much data is entered for the permit, the simplest method to correct the mistake is to copy and paste permit data to a new permit on the correct property and then delete the old permit from the incorrect property.

If a significant amount of data has been entered for the permit, or if inspections, documents, photos, etc. have been attached to the permit, the best solution is to request that the CSDatum staff to move the permit to the correct property. Send us a chat message from the Help menu (see screenshot) with information about the permit and the property to which it should be moved.
