Sometimes a property, permit, or other record is accidentally deleted.

WARNING: Do not try to recreate the deleted record. This often leads to incomplete or missing information.

Send us a chat message from the Help menu (see screenshot below) with information about the record that was accidentally deleted. We can very quickly work in the database to restore the record and all of it's associated data and files.
