Permit Manager can create a list of all the properties selected on the map. This list, complete with owners and addresses, can be used to create a mailing list to provide written notice to residents near a property with a zoning change or development proposal.

Select Properties by Clicking

Begin by navigating to the Property Map feature at Property > Property Map. This opens a map view of all the properties within the municipality.

While holding down the SHIFT button, click on multiple properties to add to your list. As you click on each one, it will turn blue. When all properties have been selected, click the Table button to show the properties.

Once the property list opens, it can optionally be filtered using the Magnifying Glass button. When you're ready to download the list for use, click the Download button and save the file to your computer. This file can be used to create a mailing list to the affected landowners.

Select Properties by Radius

The radius search is also part of the Property Map feature at Property > Property Map.

After the map opens navigate to the appropriate property, and click on it. The property will be outlined in blue and a small menu will open. Click the Select Nearby button.

In the Select Nearby dialog box, enter the selection radius in feet and click Select.

The parcels within the selection radius are outlined in blue, and the number of parcels selected is displayed in the resulting box. Click the Table button to show the list of properties.

Once the property list opens, it can optionally be filtered using the Magnifying Glass button. When you're ready to download the list for use, click the Download button and save the file to your computer. This file can be used to create a mailing list to the affected landowners.
