Link a Document to an Asset

Each asset can have an unlimited number of documents that are linked to it. This is useful for documents that are already available at an online document storage service like SharePoint, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

Documents can also be uploaded directly to the asset.

To link documents, begin by clicking any asset on the map. Then click View Data.

Within the Asset Info screen, open the Attachments section.

Within the Links section, copy and paste the document link into the left box, and type a title in the right box. Click Add.

A link is created and listed below the Links section.
